Experimental AirPods microphone and Windows controls
WPods reads AirPods status and settings over Bluetooth and exposes the earbud microphone as a 48 kHz mono Windows input. It uses its own local microphone processing and gives model-specific noise, wear-state and heart-rate controls. It's experimental.
The installer needs test-signed kernel drivers, Windows Test Mode and Secure Boot turned off. The author's claim of simultaneous stereo playback is unverified.
Hearing Aid uses settings already made with an iPhone or iPad on supported Pro models. The microphone modes are the app's own processing, not Apple's.
