Sleepypod for iOS
AppControl the local Pod and export readings on iPhone
sleepypod for iOS connects to sleepypod Core on your home network for temperature, schedules and sleep readings. It can export readings to CSV, write estimates to Apple Health and compare them with Apple Watch data.
You need a Pod already running Core, an iPhone on iOS 26 or later and a Mac with Xcode to build the documented version. The legacy Free Sleep backend is limited, and the documentation says TestFlight is pending despite a README sentence mentioning the App Store.
