Pods Companion for Android
AppAirPods controls and usage statistics on Android
Pods Companion reads AirPods advertisements and their direct Bluetooth control channel to show battery, change available listening modes and pause media on removal. It also offers supported headset settings, head gestures for calls, low-battery alerts and local usage statistics.
The author reports a rootless Pixel 9 setup with AirPods 4 ANC, Pro 2 and Max USB-C. Other models are recognized with incomplete verification; the README links to APK releases, but no published release was available when checked, so installation requires a source build.
Public source is available, but no project-wide reuse license is stated.
