Import and chart readings on Android, no account
OpenPressure is an Android app that pairs with a supported OMRON monitor over Bluetooth and imports its stored readings, with no account or cloud service. It shows the latest reading, weekly averages and charts, keeps notes, and exports a CSV or PDF. Optional features send blood pressure readings to Health Connect (Android's health data store) or to an HTTP server you run.
You need an Android 8 or newer phone and the APK from GitHub Releases. Only the HEM-7380T1-EOSL (X7 Smart AFib) is listed as tested on a physical monitor; the other models have history import written but untested on hardware, and unknown memory layouts are blocked. The README calls the app experimental, and it can set the monitor's clock and register itself on the monitor. The author warns that incorrect operation or device damage is possible.
Use this to copy and organize readings, not to make treatment decisions. Check imported values against the monitor display.
