Blood pressure readings in Home Assistant
hass-omron is a custom integration for Home Assistant, the self-hosted home automation software, that polls OMRON Bluetooth blood pressure monitors directly and creates sensors for each reading. It pairs from the Home Assistant UI, needs no OMRON account, and can read readings stored since the last poll on listed models.
It needs Home Assistant 2025.12 or newer and a Bluetooth adapter or an ESPHome Bluetooth proxy, which the README strongly recommends. The monitor pairs with one host at a time, so the OMRON connect app must be unpaired first. It also sets the monitor's clock on each poll; models not marked verified in the README are unverified.
Use this to copy and organize readings, not to make treatment decisions. Check imported values against the monitor display.
