Blood pressure readings from an ESP32 into Home Assistant
esphome-omron is an ESPHome component, which builds firmware for an ESP32 board, that connects to an OMRON cuff over Bluetooth and publishes readings to Home Assistant with no OMRON account and no phone. A read takes about five to seven seconds after you press the cuff's Bluetooth button, and older stored readings are sent as events with their original timestamps.
You need an ESP32 and a Home Assistant setup running ESPHome. The README lists 248 model names across 37 profiles, with one profile verified on real hardware, nine reported working by other projects, and the rest copied from a catalog; it advises comparing early readings with the cuff's screen. It writes the cuff's clock and a collected marker, and some models need a bind key you choose.
Use this to copy and organize readings, not to make treatment decisions. Check imported values against the monitor display.
