AppDownload readings to CSV on Windows, no app
OmronBP downloads the stored readings from a supported OMRON Bluetooth monitor straight to a CSV file on a Windows 10 or 11 PC, using the built-in Bluetooth stack. It comes as a portable Win32 program with a chart, a table, CSV and PDF export, and a Python command line version that uses the same files.
It supports two monitors: the BP7000 Evolv (HEM-7600T) and the BP7450 or BP7455CAN (HEM-7342T). You pair each monitor once and press its Bluetooth button before each download. By default it also corrects the monitor's clock when it is over 30 seconds off, and it can import a CSV exported by OMRON connect.
Use this to copy and organize readings, not to make treatment decisions. Check imported values against the monitor display.
