openHAB tado binding
Plug-inControl tado zones from openHAB rules
The tado binding connects heating, hot-water and AC zones to openHAB, a smart-home automation server. It reads measurements, presence and request-limit information through tado’s private cloud API and exposes controls for rules and dashboards.
Install the binding and approve the OAuth device flow through openHAB’s tado authorization page. Set refresh intervals within your account budget; this binding explicitly does not support tado X.
tado limits free use of its API: about 100 requests a day without Auto-Assist (20,000 with it), though some accounts still get 1,000. Check your account's rate-limit headers.
