OffloadBuddy
AppImport, browse and trim GoPro footage on a computer
OffloadBuddy is a desktop app that imports videos and photos from GoPro SD cards, mass storage or MTP devices and keeps them in a sorted library. It previews videos and timelapses, cuts clips and GIFs, merges or re-encodes files, and shows GoPro GPS traces and telemetry graphs that can be exported.
It works on files, so it needs no GoPro account or subscription. Its code names HERO9 to HERO13 plus MAX and MAX 2, and the README says it can also check for GoPro firmware updates.
There is no installer in the README; you build it with a C++17 compiler and Qt (a desktop app toolkit) 6.8 or newer using the README's steps. Some features, such as video overlay and stabilization, are listed as not done yet.
