Stabilize GoPro footage using its own gyro data
Gyroflow is a desktop app that stabilizes video using the motion data the camera records inside the video file. For GoPro it reads the gyroscope track from the clips, applies built-in lens profiles for HERO6 to HERO13, and exports H.264, H.265, ProRes and other formats.
It can also stabilize clips that already have HyperSmooth (GoPro's built-in stabilization) applied, HERO8 and up, correct rolling shutter and lens distortion, and work inside editors such as Premiere, DaVinci Resolve and Final Cut through separate plug-ins.
It runs on files, so it needs no GoPro account or subscription. The README lists GoPro HERO5 and later as gyro sources and does not name MAX or MAX 2.
Also works with Sony, Insta360, and DJI
