FirmwareSet local nightly plans and view time in bed
Nightstand is a Free Sleep fork with named nightly temperature plans, local controls and optional time-in-bed and heart-rate estimates. It runs on the Pod and reads its local hardware socket and sensor recordings.
The maintainer uses one Pod 5; this fork's Pod 3 and Pod 4 support is untested, and fresh installs may receive a beta release. Rooting means opening the Pod and connecting a serial cable to its board (an SD-card Pod 3 skips the cable). The official app stops working, there is no tested way back to Eight Sleep's software on a Pod 5, and the stock firmware can still upload sensor recordings unless its firewall rules are enabled.
