Plug-inRead Echo temperature in Apple Home
This plugin brings an Echo’s available temperature reading into Apple Home through Homebridge, a server for connecting devices to HomeKit. It reads the temperature capability exposed by Amazon’s private Alexa API.
Use an Echo with a temperature sensor, install the plugin and complete Amazon login with authenticator-app verification. Current Echo code maps temperature only, so it does not turn the speaker into an AirPlay receiver or expose general playback controls.
