Keep a continuous archive on your own server
Health Relay reads the HealthKit records you authorize on your iPhone and sends them to a server you run. It stores records, source metadata and deletions in Parquet files that you can query with DuckDB, and can forward measurements to a time-series database.
The iPhone app currently requires a source build in Xcode and a paid Apple Developer account. Background delivery depends on iOS, and Health Records need a separate build option and authorization.
