AppKeep Health records as Markdown, JSON or CSV
Health.md reads Apple Health on your iPhone and exports Markdown, JSON, CSV or Obsidian Bases files. You can choose daily summaries or an optional lossless record archive, save files to a folder and automate local exports with Shortcuts.
The app provides five free export actions, then requires a one-time Full Access unlock for unlimited iPhone exports. The public Xcode project is documented, but a source build does not establish a free unlimited mode. Its Mac companion receives data from the iPhone because macOS cannot read your HealthKit store directly.
