Hozz
AppSend Health data to files, your Mac and home server
Hozz reads Apple Watch data from Apple Health on your iPhone and sends it to destinations you choose. It exports files, posts to Home Assistant, a home automation server, or sends readings to InfluxDB, MQTT and your own web endpoint; its Mac app stores and charts the data in SQLite.
The iPhone, Mac and Android packages are public betas. Background sync depends on iOS and an unlocked phone, clinical records are excluded, and the Android app only writes an experimental subset into Health Connect.
