MCP serverSync Watch readings to your own AI tools
Apple Health AI Bridge reads the Apple Watch data you allow in Apple Health on your iPhone. Its open-source iPhone app sends readings to your own computer, where a local database and MCP server let an AI assistant query sleep, workouts, activity and other measurements.
Install the iOS 18 or newer app and run the receiver on macOS or Linux. The computer must stay awake and reachable; syncing away from home needs a private HTTPS route, and iOS decides when background delivery runs. Query results are shared with whichever AI service you connect.
