AppSave daily Health summaries on your Mac
HealthBridge reads daily activity, sleep, heart measurements and workout summaries from Apple Health on your iPhone. It encrypts the payload and sends it over your home network to a Python receiver that writes daily JSON and Markdown files on your Mac.
You build the iPhone app with Xcode and run the receiver yourself. Background transfers depend on iOS, and its overnight sleep window excludes naps outside that window.
