Publish local appliance states to MQTT
hcpy connects to Home Connect appliances on your own network and publishes their states to MQTT, a messaging system used by smart-home hubs. It can send supported commands back to the appliance and discover entities in Home Assistant. The project remains beta, and available values come from each appliance profile.
You need a running MQTT broker and a one-time Home Connect sign-in to obtain local keys and descriptions. It can run in Docker or as a Home Assistant add-on. Appliances that cannot register with Home Connect and have no saved profile cannot be newly connected through this route.
