FitnessExporter
AppSave annual JSON files of daily activity totals
FitnessExporter reads daily steps, flights climbed, active and resting energy, and weight from Apple Health. It writes yearly JSON files through the Files interface or sends them to an HTTP endpoint you choose.
The documented setup requires a Mac, Xcode and an iPhone on iOS 18 or later. It exports a small set of daily totals, so it is not a raw sample or workout archive. The source is public, but no explicit reuse license was found.
- Keep a usable copy of your history
- Share readings with other apps
- Annual JSON organization
- Optional HTTP destination
