Plug-inUse Echo speech and playback in FHEM automations
FHEM echodevice lets FHEM, a home automation server, read Echo status and send speech, playback, volume, reminder and routine commands. It uses the private Alexa API with an Amazon account session.
Setup uses the module plus a browser login helper; the current Docker route uses FHEM’s Alexa Cookie Service to refresh and import the session. The code accepts named device types and rejects unknown ones, so newly released models need explicit support.
