AppTurn the screen into a desktop control pad
Macro Deck turns Car Thing into a control pad for desktop shortcuts, media controls and Home Assistant, a self-hosted home automation platform. The Car Thing's browser connects to Macro Deck on your computer over USB using ADB, while integrations on that computer supply the data.
You need the Macro Deck 3 beta, an ADB-enabled community image with a Chromium kiosk, and a USB data cable. The Car Thing target is experimental and does not cover every community firmware. The computer must keep running and connected whenever you use the screen, including after each boot.
