Plug-inApple Music playback and lyrics on Car Thing
Cassette adds an Apple Music interface to Bridgething, the replacement firmware and companion platform for Car Thing. It receives playback and library information from the paired iPhone, with artwork and lyrics fetched from online sources.
You need Bridgething, its iPhone companion and access to Apple Music. The author tested one iPhone and one account; the Up Next view approximates the selected playlist rather than showing Apple's live queue.
