Apple Health to Cloudflare Shortcut
AppSend Watch samples with a Shortcut
This recipe sends steps, heart rate and sleep from Apple Health to a Cloudflare database. The post includes the receiver code and visible Shortcuts actions.
You need a Cloudflare account and a computer for setup. Run the Shortcut when opening an app with the phone unlocked, and select the Watch as the step source. The source is public, but no explicit reuse license was found. Its fixed time-zone offset needs adjustment when daylight-saving time changes.
