WiCAN firmware
FirmwareSend car readings to your own home server
WiCAN reads standard and configured maker-specific PIDs through the adapter plugged into your car. It can send readings to Home Assistant, a home automation server, or an MQTT message broker, and can act as a Bluetooth LE or Wi-Fi adapter for diagnostic apps. WiCAN PRO also records data to an SD card.
You need WiCAN hardware and a matching vehicle profile for information such as EV battery health. The original WiCAN handles CAN vehicles; PRO adds older OBD protocols. Stable PRO firmware is v4.51, while the v6 diagnostic tools are an alpha release that erases settings on installation.
