Command lineSleep, recovery and trends for your coding agent or scripts
whoop-cli prints your WHOOP sleep, recovery and strain in the terminal as readable text or JSON, so you can check them quickly or hand them to a coding agent or script. It also shows 1–90 day trends and simple recommendations.
It signs in through WHOOP's official API, so you need a WHOOP developer app and an active membership for new data. You install it with Node.js.
