MCP serverAsk Claude, Codex or Cursor about your recovery
WHOOP MCP lets AI apps on your computer, like Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Codex and Cursor, read your sleep, recovery, HRV and workouts and look at trends over time. ChatGPT and Claude on the web or phone only work if you host it yourself at a public HTTPS address.
It also comes with a local dashboard. It only reads your data, through WHOOP's official API, so you need a WHOOP developer app and an active membership.
