MCP serverLet your AI log activities and journal entries
Totem lets Claude or any other MCP app read your WHOOP data and act on your account: logging journal entries, strength workouts and alarms. It signs in with your WHOOP username and password and uses the private API the WHOOP app itself uses, which reaches data the official API leaves out. That also means a WHOOP app update could break it.
Its own license says using it breaks WHOOP's terms of use, and that WHOOP can suspend or end your membership for it. You run it on your computer with Node.js.
