Sony Tray
AppNoise cancelling and EQ from the tray or menu bar
Sony Tray puts Sony headphone controls in the Windows tray or macOS menu bar: noise cancelling, ambient level with Focus on Voice, 12 equalizer presets, battery and power off. It talks to the headphones over Bluetooth with Sony's control protocol, ported from SonyHeadphonesClient.
It ships as a single exe or app and needs headphones already connected. Only the WH-1000XM5 is marked tested; other newer-protocol models should work, and older models such as the WH-1000XM4 and XM3 are planned.
- Control your headphones without Sony's phone app
- Two-way sync with the headset's buttons
- Automatic reconnect
