SonyHeadphonesClient
AppNoise cancelling and EQ from your computer
SonyHeadphonesClient is a desktop app that talks to Sony headphones over the same Bluetooth control channel Sony's phone app uses, so you can change noise cancelling, ambient sound, the equalizer, volume and other settings without a phone. It also runs as a web page in browsers that support Web Serial. The project is not affiliated with Sony.
You need headphones already paired with the computer. Newer 'v2' models (WH-1000XM5 and XM6, WF-1000XM5 and XM6) are supported; the README lists older 'v1' models such as the WH-1000XM4 and XM3 as work in progress, and has no release build yet, only nightly builds.
- Control your headphones without Sony's phone app
- Runs in a browser tab
- Per-model feature tables in the docs
- Pause media when you take them off (Linux)
