Share Your Garmin Workout adds download and import buttons to Garmin Connect in a Chromium browser. It uses your signed-in website session and private workout endpoints to save or restore workout JSON.
You need the browser extension and a Garmin Connect account. It shares structured workout definitions, not completed activities or your health history.
