AppManage selected Garmin watches from Linux
openExpress manages selected Garmin watches over USB from a Linux desktop. It uses Garmin Express private services for account sync, queued content, map downloads and software updates.
You need Linux, the documented MTP support, a copy of the official Garmin Express installer for setup and a Garmin account for account features. It is beta, and each tested model has different limits. Watches that appear as mass storage get software updates but not full sync.
