Command lineKeep Garmin health history in a local database
GarminDB saves your daily monitoring files, sleep, weight and activities into local files and SQLite databases. Most people download through the private Garmin Connect API. There is also a separate route that copies files from the device.
You need Python 3.12 or newer, plus a Garmin account for cloud downloads. New FIT values can fail to import. Using a Garmin account archive instead isn't ready yet.
