Command lineArchive health readings with control over storage
garmin-health-data downloads your Garmin health data and activity files into a local file archive and an SQLite database. It signs in to Garmin Connect's private endpoints and supports MFA.
You need Python 3.10 or newer, a recent SQLite and a Garmin account for new downloads. Backfilling years of data takes many requests.
Importing the full Garmin account-export ZIP directly is still only a requested feature.
