Command lineExport workout routes with heart rate and temperature
Oura Data Analysis extracts an app-recorded workout from Oura's data export into a GPX route file, JSON and Markdown. It joins exported location, heart-rate and skin-temperature samples by time and derives cadence from steps for supported gait activities.
You need Python 3 and an unpacked export; an active Oura Membership is needed to record new eligible Activity Heart Rate workouts, but existing files can be processed without it. GPX output requires location records, and route filtering can change the calculated distance.
