Raw ring data in your own database

open_oura is a terminal tool that reads the ring directly over Bluetooth and saves its raw events and decoded measurements in a SQLite database. It can pull temperature, beat-to-beat intervals, HRV, motion and sleep records, and stream live heart rate or motion.

You need Rust, Bluetooth and the ring's authentication key, which you can install on a reset ring without an Oura account or membership. Several decoders and features for newer rings are still incomplete, and it doesn't reproduce Oura's scores.
