Self-hostedSend ring readings to a server you control
This project syncs a Ring5 over Bluetooth from Linux or a source-built Android app to your own SQLite and web server. Its dashboard shows raw readings, trends and locally estimated sleep, recovery and activity, with an optional local language model for summaries.
You need a Linux server and a newly paired ring key; it does not use an Oura account, membership or cloud API. Setup is manual, sleep staging and respiration are experimental, and the project does not produce a blood-oxygen percentage.
