Open Health
AppReads your ring directly, with no Oura account
Open Health reads your ring over Bluetooth and keeps its history in a local database on an iPhone or computer. It shows sleep, activity, heart rate, HRV and temperature, and can write supported measurements to Apple Health.
You build the iPhone app yourself in Xcode or run its local web dashboard, then use an existing ring key or pair a reset ring, with no Oura account or membership. Where Oura's private model files are missing it uses its own estimates, and some measurements still vary by ring generation.
