Oura Sync
AppSync Gen3 readings into Apple Health without the cloud
Oura Sync is an iPhone app that pairs with a Gen3 Horizon and downloads its history directly over Bluetooth. It stores readings locally, draws heart-rate and sleep timelines and exports supported measurements to Apple Health.
You build and sign it in Xcode, then onboard a reset ring without an Oura account or membership. Autonomous overnight background sync remains unverified; steps, calories, workouts and advanced scores are not implemented.
