Self-hostedCollect Oura measurements in Prometheus
Oura Exporter exposes official Oura API measurements in the format used by Prometheus, software for collecting time-series metrics. It includes sleep, readiness, activity, heart rate and supported stress and oxygen values.
You need the exporter, a Prometheus server, an Oura OAuth application and a membership for current rings. It provides metrics rather than its own charts, and setup includes copying a callback code and preserving the token cache.
