Oura Ring for Home Assistant
Plug-inUse sleep and readiness in your home automations
This integration brings Oura measurements into Home Assistant, software for running home automations and dashboards. It reads the official Oura cloud API and imports historical values into Home Assistant's recorder database.
You need Home Assistant 2026.3 or newer, your own Oura developer application and Oura Membership for current rings. Readings arrive after the official phone app syncs, and cumulative history charts have an open statistics issue.
