Command lineOura readings as tables or JSON for your scripts
Oura CLI reads sleep, readiness, activity, heart rate and other available records through Oura's official API. It prints tables or JSON for your scripts and uses OAuth with automatic token refresh.
You need Node.js, your own Oura developer application and an active membership for Gen3 or later. It depends on readings synced to Oura's cloud and does not read the ring directly.
