Oura Bar
AppSee Oura scores in your Mac's menu bar
Oura Bar puts sleep, readiness and activity scores in the macOS menu bar and opens a card with more measurements. It reads the official Oura API after your ring's data reaches Oura's cloud.
You need macOS 13 or newer, Bun, Xcode Command Line Tools, an Oura developer application and a membership for current rings. You build the unsigned app locally, and an open issue reports hard-to-see menu icons in dark mode.
- View your data on a computer
- Sleep-stage, HRV, temperature and activity detail card
- Configurable polling interval
