AppControl AirPods Max 2 from Android
OpenPodsMax reads AirPods Max 2 status and changes supported headset settings directly over Bluetooth. It offers noise cancellation, Transparency, Adaptive and Off modes, plus removal pause and same-player resume.
The dedicated Android app needs no root or account. Its early public release has hardware reports for Pixel 10 Pro XL and Motorola Edge 70 on Android 17; other phones and older Android versions are unverified.
Adding the controls to Android's own device-settings page requires separate experimental ADB registration. That registration can disappear after Bluetooth cycles or system updates, and simultaneous multipoint and Apple-style automatic switching are not implemented.
