Use alarm zones and keypad events in openHAB
The Alarm Decoder binding connects a compatible Honeywell or DSC alarm panel to openHAB, a home automation server. It uses an AlarmDecoder serial, USB or network interface to expose zones, keypad messages and panel commands locally.
You need the interface hardware and panel-specific configuration. Some Vista onboard zones require the documented virtual relay setup before their state is visible, so the binding is not an automatic inventory of every sensor.
Also works with Honeywell / Ademco and DSC
