Vista ECP for ESPHome
FirmwareUse Safewatch sensors and controls locally
Vista ECP connects an ESP32 to the keypad bus of a Safewatch Pro 3000 or Honeywell Vista panel. It sends zone and alarm status to Home Assistant, a home automation server, and accepts arm, disarm and keypad commands without an ADT account.
You need an interface circuit between the panel and ESP32, plus access to the panel programming needed to enroll a virtual keypad. This keeps the existing alarm panel and keypad in service, with local ESPHome or MQTT communication.
