Use Qolsys alarm states in local automations
Qolsys Gateway connects an ADT-installed Qolsys panel to Home Assistant, a self-hosted smart-home system, through the panel’s local Control4 interface. It publishes partitions and sensor states over MQTT and accepts alarm commands.
You need AppDaemon, an automation runner, an MQTT broker and permission to enable third-party connections on the panel. The dealer code is usually needed, and the installer code may not expose the required menu. AppDaemon setup and connection-timeout problems are reported in open issues.
Also works with Qolsys
