Oura Metrics for Obsidian
Plug-inSave Oura trends as notes in your own vault
Oura Metrics writes a seven-day, two-week or four-week summary into Obsidian, a note-taking app that stores Markdown files. It reads Oura's official API and compares the selected window with the preceding three weeks.
You need Obsidian, Node tooling to install the plugin, an Oura developer application's client ID and a membership for current rings. Its OAuth token lasts 30 days without automatic refresh and is stored unencrypted in the vault's plugin settings.
- Use your readings in other apps
- Keep your own copy of your history
- Sleep and activity changes against a prior baseline
- Markdown summaries with variation and outlying days
