O-Pose
AppTry AirPods head tracking in ColorOS spatial audio
O-Pose reads AirPods Pro 2 head orientation over Bluetooth and passes it to a local helper. The author reports using it to keep ColorOS spatial audio facing forward as you turn your head. The app also shows motion and audio-output diagnostics.
The reported setup is a rooted ARM64 OnePlus 13T on ColorOS 16 with Shizuku, an app that gives privileged Android access, in root mode. The key helper ships as a binary with no published source, so the system isn't fully open source.
The README says there's no internet permission, but the manifest requests it.
