Matterbridge NoLongerEvil Thermostat
Plug-inBridge your older Nest thermostat into Matter
This Matterbridge plugin exposes an older Nest through the local NoLongerEvil control server. Matter controllers can read temperature, change supported heating and cooling setpoints, and use an away switch.
You need a thermostat already prepared for NoLongerEvil, its self-hosted server and Matterbridge. The hosted NoLongerEvil API is not supported because it lacks the required event stream. Fan control, humidity, schedule editing and writing emergency heat are not included.
- Control your thermostat without Google's cloud
- Use your thermostat with other smart home devices
- Matter thermostat endpoint
- Away-mode switch
