AppSend Health history to Home Assistant and MQTT
Life Dashboard Companion reads 28 types from Apple Health and sends records to your own Home Assistant, MQTT broker or web endpoint. Home Assistant, a home automation server, can receive up to a year of backfilled history through the matching Life Dashboard integration.
The App Store build is a one-time purchase, or you can build the public source with Xcode and a paid Apple Developer membership. It reads Health data without writing back, and iOS controls the timing of background sync.
